established in 1926
The business was founded by the current owner’s grandfather in 1926 and has continually operated since. Originally focused on historical renovation projects, the heart and soul of the business has always been fine craftsmanship.
Fritz Eisenbrandt took over operations in 2009. He changed the name to Eisenbrandt Companies and expanded services. Our team prides itself on building in an authentic manner with a nod to traditional architecture. We welcome the opportunity to work in details that aren’t found in most projects and use natural resources whenever possible. We’ve even milled trees that needed to be removed into mantels for the estate.
Our pride in celebrating history, while integrating modern amenities and accommodating the unique needs of the homeowner, shows through in every project.
“The project manager and crew were approachable about little things that came up and always found a solution for our problems, big and small.”

Fritz Eisenbrandt, Owner
With experience in new construction, high-end renovation, and energy efficient building techniques, there are few things Fritz has not seen during his time in construction. While not on-site Fritz can be found hanging in the woods of North Baltimore County with his black labs Louie and Addie.
Ashley Shaver, Sales and Interior Design
Ashley helps to make our company a comprehensive design and build firm. She enjoys working with clients from start to finish, collaborating with them to bring their ideas to life and helping them create a home that they love to live in. Her home is filled with her husband and three kids.

This is our chance to get to know each other. We’ll visit your location, discuss the scope of project, and develop a general idea for the design plan.
Our refined comprehensive process starts with architectural plans and construction drawings. You’ll be able to preview the space in a 3D rendering before it comes to life.
The details of the project are seamlessly transferred over to the production team to handle construction. We’re onsite regularly to get it done.
